Description
21" (53 cm). Wax over paper mache shoulder head with rounded facial modeling, blue glass sleep eyes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, double chin, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, muslin body with paper mache lower arms and legs, painted white stockings with pink heels, antique costume. Condition: head and limbs excellent, cloth body is recovered. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: fabulous original wig in elaborate coiffure, original facial complexion beautifully preserved.
