7" (18 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, brown sculpted hair in tousled curls with center part, blue glass inset eyes with dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, peg- jointed bisque arms and legs,bare feet. Condition: generally excellent, small chip and repair at back torso at neckline. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1875. Value Points: very rare doll with compelling expression, rarity features include swivel head, bare feet, brown hair, wearing original chemise.
