13" (33 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, almond shaped blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, all wooden body with dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles, ball-swivel waist. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: C (head and shoulder plate). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1870,with deposed model head and body. Value Points: beautiful petite model of the smiling poupee has fine original body and body finish, antique silk gown, undergarments and shoes are included.
