18" (46 cm). Bisque socket head with slender face shape and unusual bulbous shaped neck designed to accommodate the uniquely sculpted body, blue glass enamel inset eyes, heavily modeled eyelids, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils of aquiline shaped nose, closed mouth with primly set lips,blonde mohair wig, wooden body with slender shaped torso, dowel-jointing at shoulder, elbows, hips and knees, metal hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Huret (head). Comments: Maison Huret, from the Prevost era, circa 1905. Value Points: rarer model lady doll with distinguished lineage has unique portraiture, original body, silk costume and bonnet, leather boots.
