Description
17" (43 cm.) Carved wooden socket head on original composition/wood shoulderplate, decal/painted blue eyes, lightly feathered brows, rounded nose tip, closed mouth with very full pouty lips, chubby cheeks, blonde mohair tacked-on wig, firmly stuffed muslin body with (non-functioning) crier, original costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: H.E. Schoenhut (in circle, label). Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1920. Value Points: fine original finish is well preserved, original wig.
