Bisque socket head with plump face, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with very pouty expression, accented lips, auburn mohair curly wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, antique French school dress and pinafore, leather shoes signed Bebe Jumeau 2. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 22 SFBJ 252 Paris 2. Comments: SFBJ, circa 1910 from their art character series. Value Points: exceptionally fine quality of sculpting and bisque with dewy patina emphasize the character expression of the little girl, original body and body finish.
