11" (28 cm). Solid domed bisque socket head with painted brown baby hair, large blue glass sleep eyes, lightly tinted brows, painted lashes, accented eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, composition bent limb baby body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1923 c. Grace S. Putnam Made in Germany 1369/30. Comments: Bye-lo, circa 1925. Value Points: rare socket head model of the realistically modeled infant baby has unusual large eyes, choice bisque, original body and body finish.
