Description
8" (20 cm.) All hard plastic, straight-leg non-walking-style body, tosca hair with bangs and flip curls. Wearing pink cotton sateen onesie under polka dot pinafore with rick-rack trim and pearl buttons at the back, matching sunbonnet, socks, pink side-snap suede-like shoes, blue purse. The costume is tagged "Alexander-kins by Madame Alexander, Reg U.S.Pat.Off, N.Y. USA". Near mint condition, in early box Alexander, 1953, the rare costume includes unusual costume details such as long lower back of sunbonnet, blue ribbon ties to match her purse.
