Description
19" (48 cm) overall height. 6" (15 cm) large angle. A swinging baby cradle is formed of interwoven tiny blue crystal beads and has lavishly clustered bead garlands on the canopy top. Two small bisque angels are suspended from the canopy and a larger bisque angel with blue wings is resting in the bed. Delicate bouquets of bleuette flowers and green leaves formed from glass crystals decorate the bed. The lavish arrangement originally served as bonbonniere, filled with candies. French, circa 1875,an outstanding and extravagant arrangement.
