22" (56 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, accent line between the lips, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 14. Comments: Kestner, circa 1886. Value Points: very gentle expression on the closed mouth doll is accentuated by delicate complexion and painting of features.
