Description
9" (23 cm) diam. A lithographed tin circular platform is edged by train track with two tunnels and bridge and centers a cardboard fence with drawings of Popeye figures. At the center is a camouflage-painted shed, Popeye is flying an airplane that protrudes on long metal rod from the shed roof, and a four car train circles the track when wound. Very good condition, works, with original box. Marked "Popeye Express, Marx". The box is labeled 'licensed by King Features Syndicate, Inc. 1935'. American, Marx, circa 1935.
