Polychromed terra cotta shoulderhead turned to the side, ruddy complexion, short black windblown sculpted hair, enamel eyes, black brows, strong nose, mouth modeled closed, row of teeth, tow-wrapped posable armature body, carved wooden lower arms and legs, painted green stockings and brown shoes with red buckles, original costume, and carrying bagpipe with wooden frame and leather bag; an additional bag pipe is included. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, mid-1700s.
