12" (30 cm). Bisque socket-head with deeply
sculpted short brown hair in tousled curls
captured by aqua blue hair ribbon and large crown
bow, sculpted side-glancing downcast eyes with
heavily modeled eyelids, accented upper eyeliner,
short stroke brows, closed mouth with accent line
between the lips, composition and wooden ball-
jointed body, antique costume. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (square) 7865
Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912.
Value Points: rare model with wonderfully
captured pensive expression, superb detail of
sculpting and bisque.
