Description
17" (43 cm). Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged
bisque shoulderplate, blonde sculpted hair in
elaborate coiffure with arranged tumbling curls
at back of head, blue glass inset eyes, dark
eyeliner encircles the eyecut, painted lashes,
feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth
with center accent line, pierced ears, old muslin
stitch-jointed body with cinched waist, bisque
forearms and hands, bisque lower legs with
painted yellow-heeled boots, white cotton gown
with lace and embroidered trim. Condition:
generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa
1870. Value Points: rarity factors include
elaborate coiffure, swivel head, glass eyes,
pierced ears, and original body.
