Description
19" (48 cm). Pink tinted bisque socket-head with
loop-neck jointing, sculpted light blonde boyish
hair with forelock detail, pronounced ears,
deeply intaglio blue eyes, black and incised
eyeliner, accented nostrils and eye corners,
closed mouth with defined space between the
shaded lips, impressed cheek and chin dimples,
composition and wooden ball-jointed body.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany 8.
Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value
Points: very fine detail of sculpting and quality
of bisque and painting, antique woolen folklore
costumed is perfect state of preservation with
embroidered detail.
