11" (28 cm). Pink-tinted bisque socket-head with
solid dome and painted blonde baby hair, painted
facial features depicting a crying baby, narrow
blue eyes in side-squinting expression, painted
one stroke lashes, closed mouth with shaded lips,
composition bent-limb baby body, antique costume.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach
(sunburst) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,
circa 1915, Germany. Value Points: appealing
petite size of the crying baby, the pink tinted
complexion enhancing the expression, deeply
sculpted frown lines at forehead and mouth.
