Lightly pink tinted bisque socket-head with light brown painted hair pulled into coiled braids at back of head and decorated with a pink-tinged blue hair ribbon, narrow pale blue intaglio eyes with white eyedots, black and incised eyeliner, short brush stroked brows, pug nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth modeled as though open with broad beaming smile and two rows of tiny teeth, well modeled ears, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique dress, undergarments, shoes. Condition: chip reglued and 1 1/2" hairline at bottom neck socket, possible restoration to hairbow. Marks: Heubach (square). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912, their 8050 model. Value Points: the rarity of the model is rivaled by her captivating personality, unusual modeling features of hair, mouth, impressed dimples, little eyes, double plaited braids.
