Description
10" (26 cm). Bisque socket-head, painted
facial features, dark blue eyes, black and
incised eyeliner, one stroke tapered brows,
accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouty
expression, blonde mohair wig, composition
and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 26.
Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, from
their art character series, circa 1915, the
model marketed as "Marie". Value Points: a
wonderful petite size of the pouty child with
excellent bisque and painting, original wig,
fully articulated body with original finish,
beautiful antique original costume and leather
shoes.
