Description
9"L (23 cm). Lithographed tin Popeye with pipe in
mouth, classic sailor suit, tattoo, is pushing a
wheelbarrow labeled "Popeye Express" containing a
steamer trunk with parrot atop. When wound, he
walks vigorously forward, pushing the
wheelbarrow. Marked "pats. pending". Excellent
condition, steamer trunk flap missing. Marx,
circa 1930.
