Description
12" (30 cm). Pink-tinted bisque socket-head, dark
blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, lightly
feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye
corners, closed mouth modeled as though open with
shaded and outlined lips, two beaded lower teeth,
blonde mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden
ball-jointed body, antique boy's woolen suit.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach
(sunburst) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,
circa 1915. Value Points: wonderful laughing
expression enhanced by impressed cheek dimples,
choice bisque and painting.
