Description
7"L (18 cm). Lithographed tin Popeye head emerges
from the cockpit of open-air aeroplane with
propeller and tin disc wheels, painted red and
blue with yellow-shaded lettering. When wound,
the plane pilots along in an eccentric manner
while Popeye's head bobs up and down and his pipe
jiggles. Labeled "Popeye the Pilot". Excellent
condition, included is original box. Marx, circa
1930.
