Description
17" (43 cm). Pink tinted bisque socket-head,
narrow blue glass sleep eyes, painted curly
lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and
eye corners, closed mouth modeled as though open
with wide laughing expression, two beaded lower
teeth, impressed cheek dimples, brunette mohair
wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body,
antique costume. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 6971 7 Germany. Comments: Gebruder
Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: captivating
blithe expression enhanced by wonderful bisque
and painting on the rarer glass-eyed character.
