Description
9" (23 cm.) Each of ten metal figures with weighted feet for standing has painted face and features, jointed arms, and is wearing original costume and cap. A note is included noting that the figures are "part of an extremely accurate scale model marine tableau, being a section of the gun deck of J.M.S. Victory". Very good condition, some spotting on costumes, original simplistic facial painting. English, early 1800s.
