Description
14" (35 cm). All-cloth doll with pressed and oil-
painted facial features, brown eyes, white
eyedots, black and brown upper eyeliner, single-
seam head, accented nostrils, closed mouth,
accented lips, brown painted hair with swirled
curls onto the forehead, blushed cheeks, stitch-
jointed arms, hip-jointed legs. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse 1588
(feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1930, Type
X. Value Points: most appealing wistful
expression on the brown-eyed child, antique
costume appears to be original.
