Description
8" (20 cm). Lithographed tin figure of Charlie
McCarthy with painted formal suit, tophat and
monocle, has hinged jaw and feet. When wound, his
mouth opens and closes and he appears to walk.
Marked "Marx", box labeled "The McCarthy Strut,
I'll mow you down". Good condition, few
scratches, works. American, Marx, circa 1940.
