Description
8" (20 cm). Lithographed tin open-top three-
wheeled car contains figure of Charlie McCarthy
in his classic formal suit, painted monocle, red
steering wheel. When wound, he bumps and jerks
along, revolving his head. Marked "Charlie
McCarthy and Edgar Bergen", Marx, Pat. Pending".
Box labeled "Charlie McCarthy in his Benzine
Buggy". Excellent condition, works, with original
box. American, Marx, circa 1938.
