Description
16" (40 cm). Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged
bisque shoulderplate, cobalt blue glass inset
eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecuts,
painted lashes, feathered arched brows, closed
mouth with accented lips, French kid fashion body
with gusset jointing at elbows, hips and knees,
nicely costumed in green plaid silk gown,
undergarments, silk bonnet, leather slippers, and
carrying little china doll. Condition: generally
excellent. Comments: circa 1865. Value Points:
fine quality complexion contrasts the brilliant
blue eyes.
