9" (23 cm). Composition socket-head, painted
brown side-glancing eyes, painted upper lashes, o-
shaped lips of closed mouth, blonde mohair wig
with curly bangs and pigtails, composition five-
piece body. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: Mme Alexander New York (doll) "McGuffey
Ana", Madame Alexander (costume tag). Comments:
Alexander, circa 1938. Value Points: pristine
unplayed condition, the doll has beautiful
complexion, original coiffure, original blue
organdy polka dotted dress, apron, panties, straw
bonnet, shoes and socks, and original gold paper
wrist label "McGuffey Ana".
