15" (38 cm). Composition socket-head, sleep eyes,
real lashes, painted lower lashes, open mouth,
four teeth, blonde human hair with curly bangs
and pigtails, composition five-piece body.
Condition: generally excellent, eyes faded.
Marks: Alexander Doll Co. (head). Comments:
Alexander, circa 1935. Value Points: in pristine
unplayed condition with original coiffure,
original blue flowered dress (labeled "McGuffey
Ana") with attached panties, organdy pinafore,
ankle boots, socks, and original paper label "I
am McGuffey Ana" with die-cut schoolhouse.
