unique composition lady body with modeled
bosom,
tiny waist, exaggerated derriere, elongated
limbs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks:

dep 1159 (head, with Wimpern mark). La
Patricienne Depose E.D.B. Paris (body) (wig
also
stamped). Comments: Edmund Daspres,
successor to
the Steiner firm in 1904, introduced the
uniquely
sculpted La Patricienne lady body, with
original
lady head by Simon and Halbig. Value Points:
superb all-original rare model with regal
bearing, wears original couturier-made ivory
satin wedding gown, veil and coiffe, very
elaborate lingerie, and white leather shoes
signed A La Providence, 74 Rue de Rivoli.
