26" (66 cm). Bisque socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes with luminous quality, dark eyeliner encircles the eyesockets, dark lushly painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with heart-shaped upper lip, shaded and outlined lips, separately applied pierced ears, antique brunette human hair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 12 (and artist checkmarks, on head) Jumeau (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: very beautiful creamy bisque complemented by gorgeous eyes, original wig, pate, body, body finish, early maroon silk dress, silk bonnet, undergarments, original socks and shoes signed 12.
