Description
To fit doll about 20" (51 cm), 5" (13 cm)
shoulders, 9" (23 cm) waist. Of pale apple green
in unusual silk weave having alternate vertical
bands of twill and silk satin, the two piece gown
features overlay of sheer fabric on bodice with
self ruffle at the waist and cuffs, dart-shaped
back, flared skirt with lace panels at the front
and a wide lace border at the hem, elaborately
shaped back pleats and demi-trim, the gown is
fully lined with printed muslin. Along with green
straw bonnet trimmed with faux-flowers and
leaves. Circa 1885.
