6" (15 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep
eyes, painted lashes, thick stroke brows,
accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth,
tiny teeth, brunette mohair wig, five piece
composition body with painted shoes. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: 878 2 (head) Brevete
SGDG (paper label on torso). Comments: Simon and
Halbig, for the French market, circa 1900. Value
Points: all original condition, original wig,
wonderful silk and lace costume, unusual torso
label.
