Description
16"L (40 cm), 12" head circ (30 cm). Solid domed
bisque head with flanged neck, sculpted brown
hair in short boyish fashion with loosely tousled
hair waved across the forehead, small brown glass
sleep eyes, lightly tinted brows, painted lashes,
accented nostrils, open mouth, shaded lips, two
porcelain lower teeth, muslin body with
composition lower limbs. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: Copr. by J.L. Kallus Made in
Germany 1394 3/0. Comments: "baby Bo-Kaye",
designed by Joseph Kallus, produced in Germany,
circa 1925. Value Points: very rare character
with finely sculpted features and hair, choice
bisque.
