Description
3 1/2" (9 cm.) -12". Each is all-wooden with bedpost-heads, painted brown complexion, painted facial features, tufted yarn hair, block torso, clothespin arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: The successors to the Schoenhut firm produced this imaginative set of dolls, marketed as Pinn Family dolls (in reference to their clothespin bodies) from bedposts and clothespins, circa 1935. Value Points: rare brown-complexioned models including mother, father and three children are perfectly-preserved, each wearing factory-original costume.
