Description
About 4"ã 6" (10 ã 15 cm). Each is of earthenware
with gesso and painted finish, the group
comprises a family seated at well-laden table,
viz. woman holding basket, boy with tray of
meats, older man seated with knife, breads and
meats, older man seated with pipe and cane, boy
with bowl of stew, along with wooden cage of
birds, carrots, cabbages, fish and other produce.
Each is exquisitely painted with well-detailed
expressions and costumes. Excellent condition.
