Description
1 1/2" x 1" largest book (4 x 2 cm). Each book
has leather binding in rich shade of burgundy,
brown or green decorated with hand-tooled gilt.
Each book is beautifully printed on its interior.
Included are Petit Paroissien, Journee Chretien,
Les Petit Montagnards (dated 1822), and Le Petit
Fabuliste. Along with metal pince-nez with early
glass. Good to excellent condition, a rare and
wonderful group of early miniature books.
