13" (33 cm). Composition socket-head, brown sleep
eyes, real lashes, painted lower lashes, smoky
eyeshadow, open mouth with wide smile, four
teeth, dimpled cheeks, blonde human hair in
original factory coiffure, six-piece Wendy Ann
composition body with swivel waist. Excellent
condition. Marks: Wendy-Ann Mme. Alexander New
York (doll), Genuine "Sonja Henie" Doll Madame
Alexander (costume). The doll wears original
ivory satin skating costume with faux-fur trim,
stiffened net petticoat, ivory satin panties,
skates, fabric roses trim the waistband and her
hair. The doll is presented in her original
Alexander box with photograph of the celebrity
skater, identified as model #1400E. Circa 1940.
