Description
18" (46 cm). Composition socket-head, green sleep
eyes, real lashes, painted lower lashes, smoky
eyeshadow, feathered brows, closed mouth with
ruby lips, dark brunette hair, five-piece
composition body. Good condition, light surface
crazing, eyes faded. Marks: Madame Alexander
(doll), "Scarlett OÕHara Madame Alexander NY"
(costume). The doll wears her original gown with
cutwork white bodice interlace with green satin
ribbon, rose-patterned green skirt, hooped
petticoat, pantaloons with green taffeta ribbon
trim, green strap shoes, wide straw bonnet. Circa
1940.
