Description
8" (20 cm). All hard plastic with bent-knee
walker body, blue sleep eyes, blonde hair pulled
away from face. Excellent condition. Marks: Alex
(doll), Alexander-kins (costume). The doll wears
white organdy gown with red silk ribbons and
lace, white straw bonnet with flowers and tulle
streamers, silver pearls, brooch, taffeta
petticoat and pantalets, red shoes. The dress,
representing Scarlett, was sold separately by the
Alexander firm and appears on a doll of the same
production era. Circa 1959.
