Description
Cast iron stove with nickel-plated finish has
six burner top, reservoir lid with incised
decorations, fretwork warming hearth, fancy
faux chimney cover with fern and shell
decorations, two teapot shelves, working oven
door with floral decoration embossed "Acme",
faux ash and grill door, ash shaker, incised
designs on hearth, radiating design on apron
with center shell motif. With lifter, and two
skillets. American, circa 1905, J&E Stevens of
Cromwell, Connecticut. The stove is a near
duplicate to #61, Royal Stove by Stevens, with
variations in door design and chimney cover.
