Description
Of heavy cast iron the stove features six burners
(four having embossed letter "J" and one with
heart-shaped cutouts), lidded reservoir,
elaborate chimney cover with leafy embossing,
warming shelf and fancy crest with the
words "Grand Jewel" and figural Cupid, side-
opening grate door with interior grate, hinged
oven door with star and moon symbols, figural
design of womans head on reservoir plate,
movable grate and damper. American, circa 1880.
