Description
The black cast iron stove has six burner top, reservoir lid, fancy chimney cover with deeply embossed detail on warming shelf and fretwork and embossed designs overall, embossed oven door, opening fuel door, grate, ash shaker, side grill door with embossing and grill, detachable side hearth with embossed scrolls and words "Ideal No. 5". The rounded base has embossed designs and pad feet, and the tin chimney and lid lifter are included. American, circa 1895, the stove was shown in the Butler's Bros. catalog of 1895. 16"H.
