Description
The heavy cast iron stove with nickel-plated
finish is elaborately embossed with six burner
range, each burner with unusual nipple knob
designed to be caught within the lifter catch.
There is a reservoir lid, ornate openwork
warming shelf, very ornate matching chimney
cover with two teapot shelves and warming
shelf enclosing tin chimney. The entire stove
body is ornately embossed with working
damper, oven door embossed "Globe", grate
door with interior grate, damper, side grate
door, detachable side hearth embossed
"Globe Range", original lifter and ash shovel.
The stove is marked "Kenton Brand" on the
back. American, circa 1900, Kenton. 18"H.
