Description
The low, wide, heavy tinplate stove has
embossed and cutwork designs on the front,
four brass-plated legs, detachable alcohol
burner at the base that also serves as foot
warmer at the stove front. There are three pot
holes at stove top in which are fitted three
original copper kettles and wooden handled
tea kettle, each with lids and brass trim. There
is a water reservoir at the side with copper lid
and brass spigot that works, and a warming
oven atop the stove with embossed designs
on bronzed-finish door that opens to pull-out
shelf and original baking pan. Germany, circa
1890, the designs on the stove frame and
legs are identical to #113 that is signed
