Description
A fourteen-blade folding fan with gilt-tipped
hand-hold has scalloped edged blades and filigree
designs, the blade is richly decorated with red
roses on one side, and red and blue flowers on
the other. The scalloped edging varies in color
on alternate sides to allow the fan to complement
various gowns. Presented in its original gilt-
edge white paper box. 3 1/2"L. Circa 1870.
