Description
40"H (101 cm). The people-sized fire screen,
designed to decoratively hide the fireplace
during warm summer months, has classic Huret
styling with twisted metal frame and fancy
pedestal. The screen, designed to pivot within
the frame, is of double-sided fine black silk
embroidered in a rich floral scene with fine silk
threads. Maison Huret, who produced both people-
sized and doll-sized versions of their
distinctive cast iron gilded furniture.
