Of superb and perfectly preserved grenadine fabric in unusual patterned stripes, the gown features a fitted bodice with faux-button front and collar lapels, hidden waistband evolving into flat-front skirt and full box pleats around the sides and back, centered by an inverted pleat at center back. The gown closes with hidden hooks and eyes at the front and is decorated with hand- applied fuschia linen banding that edges the matching buttons, lapels, cuffs and shoulders. Appropriately sized for 18" poupee.
