Description
A superbly made brown leather case has leather knot handle, brass framing and hook and hinges open to reveal red silk moiré lined interior and two elaborate lace-trimmed hankies for poupees. The case is gilt tooled with "mouchoirs de ma poupee". Late 19th century. A very rare accessory of fine quality construction. 3" x 3" case.
