Description
A bonnet, designed to be worn in a form-fitting
style to the back of the head, is of rose silk
with overlay of floral-designed torchon lace,
edged with a garland of tiny white flowers, and
decorated with clusters of rose silk bows at
crown. The bonnet is buckram lined for shape and
has long rose silk satin streamers. Circa 1870.
Appropriately sized for 17"_18" poupee.
